Agilent’s newest GeneSpring 12 software includes 4 modules to enable Multi-Omic Analysis:
•GX module for mRNA, miRNA, Exon, RT-PCR, CNV, and GWAS data
•MPP (Mass Profiler Professional) module for Mass Spectrometry data
•NGS for analyzing aligned next-gen sequencing data (i.e. SAM, BAM)
•Pathway Analysis module now supporting WikiPathways and BridgeDB – Included with any of the above 3 modules
